Markus Casutt

Geboren und aufgewachsen in dem kleinen Bergdorf Vals und der atemberaubenden Landschaft der Schweizer Alpen, entwickelte Markus früh eine tiefe Verbindung zur Natur und den Elementen, die seine Arbeit bis heute prägt. Der Schweizer Fotograf, Filmer und  zertifizierte Drohnenpilot, machte seinen Bachelor of Art (Honours)  "Digital Film Making and Animations"  an der SAE Zürich / Middlesex-University London. Während seines FiImstudiums assistierte er einer amerikanischen Schwarz-Weiss Fotokünstlerin, was seinen Blick auf die Bilder-Welt veränderte und prägte. Das gewonnene Wissen setzt er gekonnt bei der Immobilien Fotografie oder Hochzeitsshootings um, oder geht eigenen Künstlerisch interessanten, einzigartigen Projekten nach. Durch seinen Einsatz von Drohnentechnologie, hat seine Arbeit eine neue Dimension erreicht und er war für Kunden wie zB. SimpleZodiak aus Holland bei ihren TV Produktionen, oder dem ältesten amerikanischen Ski- und Snowboardfilm Produzenten Warren Miller Entertainment für spektakuläre Luftaufnahmen zuständig. Markus Casutt ist ein Kunst-Handwerker, der ständig bestrebt ist sein Handwerk zu erweitern und neue Horizonte zu entdecken. Er lebt und arbeitet heute in Flims.

Born and raised in the small mountain village of Vals and the breathtaking landscape of the Swiss Alps, Markus developed a deep connection to nature and the elements at an early age, which continues to shape his work today. The Swiss photographer, filmmaker and certified drone pilot completed his Bachelor of Art (Honours) “Digital Film Making and Animations” at the SAE Zurich / Middlesex University London. During his film studies he assisted an American black and white photo artist, which changed and shaped his view of the world of images. He skillfully applies the knowledge he has gained in real estate photography or wedding shoots, or pursues his own artistically interesting, unique projects. Through his use of drone technology, his work has reached a new dimension and he has worked for clients such as: SimpleZodiak from Holland in  their TV productions, or the oldest American ski and snowboard film producer Warren Miller Entertainment in which he is responsible for spectacular aerial shots. Markus Casutt is an art craftsman who constantly strives to expand his craft and discover new horizons. Today he lives and works in Flims.
